  • Do you service my area?
    As of now we currently service all of CT & MA. If you are in a different state and would like to book, please contact us first to see if we can accommodate you. We are always looking for growth opportunites based on demand.
  • Do you work on weekends?
    Typically we do not work weekends, however we will attempt to open up a slot for you if possible. A $35 surcharge will be billed out for any weekend appointments.
  • How will I receive my photos?
    Once your photos have been edited, we will send you a google drive link. You simply click our link and select download. You now have professional photos that you can upload to MLS or any other site you please.
  • Can I get my photos in 24 hours?
    Standard delivery time is within 72 hours, however we can charge a rush delivery fee to expedite your photos. Charges vary depending on package and availability. Please contact us for more info.
  • Do I fully own the photos I purchase?
    Absolutely, we grant exclusive rights to each of our clients as long as photos have been 100% paid for. All pricing on our site includes exclusive rights ONLY to the client who books the appointment. No other realtor, agency, or party has permission to use our photos in any way, shape, or form. Failure to obey this policy may result to legal action.
  • How long does it take to receive my photos?
    You can expect to receive your photos, floor plans, or even 3D models 48-72 hours after your appointment date. Example: If your appointment is on January 1st, your photos will be complete no later than January 4th.
